Welcome to the Itinerary Quotation section of the TravelMall. Here you can put together your itinerary for your preferred tours, hotels and car hire on one form, rather than fill in the individual booking forms.

Following are the 11 easy steps to making your Australian Holiday become a reality.

How do I put my Itinerary together?

1. Plan your dates and places you want to visit.
2. Enter your preferred hotels from the TravelMall website, or your budget in the hotel section for each destination. If you are unsure, please feel free to use the comments field to enter extra information or ask any questions.
3. If you have booked your international or domestic flights, please enter these details in the comments field also.
4. If required, enter car hire for each city
5. Once you have decided on your touring options, please enter these details also.
6. If you have made other arrangements for dates not supplied in your itinerary, please advise these details in the comments field, so that your consultant knows not to quote the same details.
7. Once you are happy with what you have put together, please submit the itinerary.
8. Our consultants will respond, via email, to all questions (within 1 working day, 0900 - 1730, Mon - Fri), and recommend any changes or amendments.
9. Once you are happy to go ahead and book your itinerary, your consultant will request all of your reservations, and issue you with a detailed confirmation/invoice once all bookings are confirmed.
10. Final payment of your itinerary is due 2 weeks prior to your first check in date unless specified. ie: Island Resorts and Extended Touring.
11. Upon receipt of full payment, you will be issued with your vouchers as an attachment via email. These vouchers need to be presented to the hotels, tour operators and car hire companies.

Important information :

1. As you can appreciate, your consultant will spend considerable time on your behalf preparing a tailor made itinerary for your approval. Therefore we ask for an AUD$50.00 deposit which, of course, will be deducted from your final invoice. However, should you decide not to go ahead with the itinerary, this is non refundable.
2. If you need to make amendments after the reservations have been confirmed, there may be an administration fee of AUD$25.00.
   3. You can print the itinerary, or save to your email folder, so that you have a hard copy of your plan.
   

Unsure about what to do and see?

For those of you who have Australian or New Zealand in mind as your destination - however are unsure of what there is to see and do - please provide the following details to ensure that your holiday is a trip of a lifetime:

• Arrival and Departure Dates
• Number and Ages of people travelling
• Bedding configuration ie: Single/twin/double
• Approx budget per night
• Interests and/or dislikes
• Any destination that is a 'must see' for you
• Level of accommodation preferred - ie: Hotel Room/Apartment, star grading of hotel.

For touring ideas, please provide your preferred option. ie: large/small group, camping/accommodated, 4WD/Coach transport.
