Only 200 metres from the Hay Street Shopping Mall and close to cultural venues such as the Perth Concert Hall, the hotel further boasts a 350 bay undercover parking and the largest amount of function room floor space in the heart of the city.The hotel has a bed capacity of 337 persons in 117 accommodation units. There is one penthouse, one presidential suite and executive suites.
92 rooms contain both a double and single bed. 21 rooms contain a double bed only. 22 rooms have interconnecting doors, 20 contain baths and 20 have their own balcony on the river side of the building.
The spacious hotel rooms feature colour television, STD/ISD direct dial telephone, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning/heating and ensuite facilities.
Facilitites within the hotel include a roof top swimming pool and barbecue area, restaurant/coffee shop, bars, self-service laundry, laundry/dry cleaning, room service, newsagent and gift shop, information desk (for tours, car hire etc.) and ample under cover parking.
The six function rooms have a capacity of 1360 persons (theatre style). Business and social functions of a wide range can be catered for. The William Ballroom is purpose-built for motor shows.
